Hi Jenny - thanks for stopping by my blog - and I agree with you that quilting the winter piece in silver would look nice but I have bad luck FMQing with metallic thread, so I resisted that temptation. Also, I had an unexpected sewing day as we had a snow day today which means no school for the kids and no yoga class or work for me and as I didn't have silver thread in the house... white it was! I don't have a be-dazzler (had to look up what you meant) but I was thinking the quilt would like some beads scattered around on it, so obviously, great minds think a like...
